What are the temperature modes of the paper towels?
The Baby Freshmate has 2 temperature modes - hot and normal (room temperature).
How do I set the towel's length?
When you open the top cover of the Baby FreshMate, you will see a cogwheel in the left inner side, just near the towel clamping. This cogwheel is designed for adjusting the paper towel length. Turning the cogwheel clockwise will increase the length of each paper towel. Turning the cogwheel counter clockwise will decrease the length of each paper towel.
How do I set the towel's humidity?
The wet paper towels' humidity level can be easily adjusted by turning the "HUMIDITY ADJUSTING" metal wheel located inside the machine (on the right-hand side). 10 different humidity levels are marked by lines on the metal wheel.
How will I know when to refill water or wipes?
When there is a need to refill water in the water tank, a buzz alert will sound and the "WATER" light will blink in the control panel on the front side of the wet towel dispenser.
When there is a need to refill new wipes in the Baby FreshMate, a buzz alert will sound and the "TOWEL" light will blink in the control panel on the front side of the machine.
How will I know when there is a towel jam?
When there is a towel jam, a buzz alert will sound from the Baby FreshMate and the notice E1 or E2 will appear on the control panel on the front side of the machine.
How do I remove a jammed towel?
When the notice E1 appears on the control panel open the top cover and press the green button marked E1 on the left-hand side. Raise the wipes clamping board and pull out the towel. Straighten the tip of the towel roll by cutting it with scissors and pass it under the clamping board again, until the tip sticks out of the clamping board's lower side. Close the machine's top cover and turn it off for 5 seconds. When the notice E2 appears on the control panel open the top cover and raise the jack marked E2 on the left-hand side. Pull the towel roll from under the clamping board until it is released. Raise the clamping board again and pass the towel roll under the clamping board, until the tip sticks out of the clamping board's lower side. Close the machine's top cover and turn it off for 5 seconds.
How do I get a wet paper towel from the Baby Freshmate?
In order to get one wet wipe paper towel, all you have to do is press the "ADD 1" button located on the control panel and open the tray located in the front side of the machine.
How do I change the wipe roll?
1. Open the top cover and take out the roll with both shafts.
2. Insert the two shafts into both sides of the fresh towel roll, and place them with the on the niches inside the Baby Freshmate.
3. Lift the towel clamping board and pass the tip of the towel roll under the clamping board, until the tip sticks out of the clamping board's lower side. Make sure the towel lies straight and flat under the clamping board.
4. Close the top cover.
How do I refill water in the Baby Freshmate?
Open up the top cover and pull up the water tank. Fill the water tank with fresh water (while pressing the spring inside the opening) and install it back inside the machine with the opening facing down. To empty the water tank open the water emptying tap on the back side of the machine.
How many wet wipes are in one roll?
Each wipe roll is 20 meters long and provides approximately 130 wet wipes.
Are the wet towels hygienic?
Yes. The Baby Freshmate supplies hygienic wipes as they are wetted with distilled water just prior to its dispense.
What is the wet towel made of?
The paper towels are 100% biodegradable soft yet strong material which is safe for both grownups and baby's skin.

What is the best way to clean up newborn babies during diaper changing?
Clean up newborn babies during a diaper changing depends on how messy it is. If the diaper area is relatively clean, you don't have to put a powder or cream on the baby's bottom, but it is always recommended to treat the baby with wet wipes in order to maintain baby hygiene.
