Control Panel parts

  • "Enter" button – Designed to extract wet paper towel.
  • "Humid" button – Designed to set the paper towel's humidity level. Each press increases the humidity level on the humidity screen by one unit from 0 to 9 repetitively.
  • "Cold/Hot" button – Designed to set the paper towel's temperature mode. Each press shifts the temperature mode from "cold" to "hot" repetitively.
  • "Add 1" button - Increases the amount of the desirable towels displayed on the quantity screen in single units.
  • "Add 10" button - Increases the amount of the desirable towels displayed on the quantity screen in units of 10.
  • "Cancel" button– Nullify the towels number displayed on the quantity screen and aborts the dispensing operation.
  • Quantity display – A digital display which indicates the amount of paper towels dispensed.
  • Humidity display – A digital display which indicates the humidity level of the paper towels dispensed.
  • "Hot" indicator – When light, the towels temperature mode is hot.
  • "Cold" indicator – When light, the towels temperature mode is in room temperature if the "cold" switch is off. When the "cold" switch is on, the towels' temperature mode is cold.
  • "Lack Towel" indicator – When light in flashing red in addition to alarm sound, it indicates that the towel roll had run out.
  • "Lack Water" indicator– When light in flashing red in addition to alarm sound, it indicates that there is no water in the tank.

    How does it work?

    The FreshMatePRO uses micro-processed technology to roll and cut wet towels with a single press on the "Enter" button. The user can adjust the paper towel length using an inner cogwheel and can also adjust the humidity level of the paper towels, the towel's temperature mode and the desirable quantity of dispensed paper towels.


    Humidity level

    The wet paper towels' humidity level can be easily adjusted by pressing the "Humid" button in the control panel. There are 10 different humidity levels displayed on the humidity screen in the control panel - "0" applies for the driest level and "9" applies for the wettest level.


    Temperature modes

    The Fresh-MatePRO features 3 different temperature modes to choose from. An advanced thermo electric chip provides a cooling effect, operated from an external switch, located on the left side of the FreshMatePRO. This unique feature provides cool and refreshing wet rolled towels. When the cooling switch is off, "cold" mode shown in the control panel will provide wet towels in room temperature. Changing to "hot" mode will naturally provide hot wet wipes, enabled by a built-in thermostat apparatus.


    Quantity options

    On the control panel there two quantity buttons which allow setting the desired amount of dispensed wet paper towels. The "add 1" button increases the amount displayed on the quantity screen in single units. The "add 10" button increases the amount in units of 10 in order to get a bulk quantity of wet towels. It is possible to get a maximum of 99 wet towels in one single push.
    In case that the user had made a mistake in adjusting the amount of wet towels, it is possible to press the "cancel" button and to nullify the amount displayed.
