  • "Humid" button – Designed to set the paper towel's humidity level. Each press increases the humidity level on the humidity screen by one unit from 0 to 9 repetitively.
  • "Cold/Hot" button – Designed to set the paper towel's temperature mode. Each press shifts the temperature mode from "cold" to "hot" repetitively.
  • "Add 1" button - Increases the amount of the desirable towels displayed on the quantity screen in single units.

  • How do I adjust the paper towels to be hot or cold?
    The FreshMatePROhas 3 temperature modes – cold, hot and room temperature. The cold mode is operated from an external switch, located on the left side of the FreshMatePRO. In order to get cold paper towels you must turn the "cold" switch on and make sure that the "cold" light in the control panel is on by pressing the cold/hot button. When the "cold" switch is off and the "cold" light is on, the wet towels will be extracted at room temperature. In order to get hot paper towels, you need to press the cold/hot button until the "hot" light is on.

  • How do I set the paper towel's length?
    When you open the top cover of the FreshMatePRO, you will see a cogwheel in the right inner side, just near the towel clamping. This cogwheel is designated for adjusting the paper towel length. Turning the cogwheel clockwise will increase the length of each paper towel. Turning the cogwheel counter clockwise will decrease the length of each paper towel.

  • How do I set the paper towel's humidity?
    The wet paper towels' humidity level can be easily adjusted by pressing the "Humid" button in the control panel. There are 10 different humidity levels displayed on the humidity screen in the control panel - "0" applies for the driest level and "9" applies for the wettest level.

  • How will I know when to refill water or paper towels?
    When there is a need to refill water in the water tank, a buzz alert will sound in addition to a blinking "lack water" light in the front of the wet towel dispenser.
    When there is a need to refill paper towels in the paper-towel holder, a buzz alert will sound in addition to blinking "lack towel" light in the front of the wet towel dispenser.



  • How will I know when there is a towel jam in the towel dispenser?
    When there is a towel jam, a buzz alert will sound from the towel dispenser.

  • How do I remove a jammed paper towel?
    Open the top cover; take off the towel hanging on the front and backside of the blade. Then place a new straight towel tip on top of the towel roll.

  • How do I get a wet paper towel from the FreshMatePRO?
    In order to get one rolled wet paper towel, all you have to do is press the "Enter" button.

  • How do I change the paper towel roll?
    1.Open the top cover
    2.Insert the shafts into the towel roll, place them on the recesses inside the FreshMate.
    3.Lift the towel clamping board and put the new towel roll between the rolling wheel and the clamping board.
    4.Make sure that the towel is flat and straight.
    5.Close the top cover



  • How do I refill water?
    Open up the top cover and pull up the water tank. Refill the tank with water, close the water tank lid and replace it with lid downwards.

  • How much paper towels are dispensed with one roll?
    One paper towel roll is 30 meters long and provides approximately 200 wet paper towels.

  • Are the wet paper towels hygienic?
    Yes. The Wet Towel Dispenser supplies hygienic paper towels as towels are wetted with distilled water just prior to its dispense.
